Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Santiago has the right to cancel any order due to insufficient stock and/or incorrect pricing. If a cancelation occurs, the customer will be refunded the entire amount of the purchase.

SHIPPING 

All customers will receive a confirmation of fulfillment and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Santiago is not responsible for any merchandise that may be lost or damaged in transit/shipping.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES 

Refunds/exchanges will only be accepted upon agreement between Santiago and the customer and is handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
